To get started, fill out our online form. After receiving the form, we will call you to schedule a convenient time either over the phone or in-person.

Step one: At this appointment, we will spend time getting to know each other. We want to know who you are, what makes you successful and what you are looking to accomplish. We will tell you about us and who we are looking for. If we find that our goals coincide, we will then ask you to fill out our franchise application.

Step two: After receiving your franchise application we will make an appointment to review your application. If we both agree that we are a good fit, we will send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Step three: At this point, we will spend time together to review the FDD. Notably, our FDD contains our Item 19 earnings disclosure. You will be able to see how our company-owned stores have performed for the last three years.

Step four: At this step, we will have you talk with others who were in your position. We want to help you determine if our business model can produce your desired results. We will also use this time to answer all of the questions that you do not have the answers to yet and will not stop until you are satisfied.

Step five: This is when you will come to our corporate offices in Chicago for your Discovery Day. We will then have you visit one of our branches so you can experience first hand how a real branch office operates. At the end of this day we will ask you to make a decision about whether or not you want to join us.

Step six: If you decide to join us and we decide to offer you a homecare franchise, we will make sure you receive all of our operations manuals. We will schedule your training, and focus on all the items you will need to open your office.

Step seven: After you open, we will schedule a two day visit at your location to kick-off your sales efforts and help with any other operational questions you might have at this time.
